The Role of Education and Adaptability

The key to a smooth job transition in the AI era is education and training. According to the OECD (Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development), workforce reskilling is crucial to preventing mass unemployment. Universities and businesses are promoting training programs focused on digital skills, artificial intelligence, and automation.

One success story is IBM’s reskilling program, which has trained over 1 million workers in digital skills in recent years.

While artificial intelligence is changing the job market, its impact is not entirely negative. Although some jobs will be replaced, many new ones will emerge. The key to staying relevant in the age of automation is continuous learning and adaptability to new technologies.
